Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Logistonomics (logistonomics.com) collects, uses and protects your personal data. We act as the data controller for your account data. We follow the principles of the EU GDPR.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: your email address and (optionally) name, company name, VAT/registration number, company address, IBAN, and phone — entered by you to use the cabinet and produce documents.
  • Service data: the information you enter to operate the tool (trucks, drivers, costs, routes, trips, clients, documents). This is yours and is used to provide the Service to you.
  • Usage data:anonymous visit counts (a random per-browser identifier in your browser's local storage — no IP or personal profile) and basic technical logs.
  • Payment data: handled by Paddle — we do not store your card details.

2. How we use it

To provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, produce your documents and reports, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.

3. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Supabase — authentication and database (your account and service data).
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Paddle — payments, invoicing and tax (Merchant of Record).
  • Groq — AI assistant features (only the text/photo you submit to the assistant).
  • PTV / OpenRouteService — route and toll calculation (the start/end/waypoints you plan).
  • Open data sources (e.g. fuel bulletins, public holidays, map tiles) for reference data.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use essential local storage for login sessions, language and theme preferences, and the anonymous visit identifier. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and service data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, after which we remove or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep records (e.g. invoices) by law.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. International transfers

Some providers operate outside your country; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
