The router is given the height, width, length, weight and axles of YOUR vehicle. So the line goes round the 3.8 m bridge instead of under it — and you do not find that out on the road.

And the VAT that does not. A Ukrainian carrier cannot reclaim Polish or German VAT at all — the service says so plainly and puts that money into your cost per km instead of showing you income that will never arrive.
