On roads outside the main network Ucraina allows far less: 24 t for the combination and 7 t on a single axle. A load that is legal on the motorway can be over the limit on the last few kilometres to the warehouse.

What the road costs
No lorry toll is charged in Ucraina.
The toll carries no VAT — there is nothing to reclaim, and budgeting for a refund here is a hole in your cost per kilometre.
